How can I order sample/evaluation copies of Folens books?
To order a teacher sample/evaluation copy of one of our books you can request this quickly and easily by emailing us at orders@folens.ie.
There are limits on the amount of sample books that we can issue, but we will of course always do our best to help you where possible. Please ensure to always include your FULL name and school roll number in any correspondence so that we can make sure that any sample book goes to the right place.
As always, you can ensure your school's Folens digital access is up-to-date by ensuring your latest school booklists are on file with us- you can submit these to us by emailing them to booklists@folens.ie (please remember to include your school roll number).

You can order books from us by contacting your local Sales Advisor, or by contacting our Customer Services Team here or at (01) 413 7200.

How to provide network access for Folens Digital Services
Access to Folens digital services may be restricted due to your school's network permissions. To restore access, your school's network/firewall settings may be required to be changed.
These changes can be made by an IT administrator, who need to 'allow-list' some or all of the following URLs:
- *.folens.ie
- *.folenshive.ie
- *.folensonline.ie
- *epubs.folensonline.ie
- *folenshive-mbx-zuul.folenshive.ie
- *folenshive-mbx-cloud.folenshive.ie
- *support.folens.ie
- *elev.io
When including these URLs in your list of approved servers, please include the wildcard symbol (*) as it appears above to ensure you encounter no issues.
If you encounter any difficulty with this, please visit Contact Folens and our Customer Experience Team will be more than happy to assist further as best as we can.

How do I access the audio for my language books?
Where can I purchase Folens textbooks or eBooks?
To purchase any Folens textbooks you can visit shop.folens.ie. Note- eBooks can be ordered directly from us by email via orders@folens.ie or by contacting us here. Feel free to contact us with
any questions that you might have also. Our primary and secondary school book
price-lists can be found here
If you require an eBook that is not in your Library, you can redeem its eBook
Licence Code, found on the inside-front-cover of the physical textbook. More
information on how to do this can be found here.
How to order Folens titles for students with special educational needs
Folens are more than happy to assist students that have special educational requirements, and we are very proud to be working with Bookshare Ireland in providing this service:
This is available for all students with special educational requirements. This includes visual impairments, learning difficulties or a physical disability that limits a person's ability to read standard print, and is compatible with smartphones, tablets, Chromebooks computers, and assistive technologies devices.
