Marketing Assistant

Who we are looking for:

You are creative, ambitious and passionate about Marketing. You are self-motivated and happy to take ownership of initiatives and run with them. You are also able to work collaboratively with other colleagues and take direction when needed. You are excited to gain experience across different aspects of Marketing.

What you will do:
  • Support the Marketing Team with the planning, implementing and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the collection of data and reporting
  • Manage our organic social media calendar
  • Deliver targeted email campaigns to different customer segments through our CRM system
  • Update content on our website through the CMS
  • Organize and coordinate webinars to promote key products and services
  • Manage and organize Folens events as well as exhibitions at external events (live and virtual)
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral 
Desired skills & experience:
  • Ideally 1+ years’ experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and comfortable adapting to new online applications
  • Comfortable with marketing analytics
Other Information:
  • Reports to Head of Marketing & Communications
  • Permanent full-time
  • Office based at Folens HQ, Tallaght, Dublin 24  (Hybrid Working Model in place)
