Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Employees can avail of our EAP provided by Laya Healthcare, this is a 24 / 7 / 365 service. The programme provides access to a free phone helpline, counselling services and advice on a variety of issues, both professional and personal. It is a completely confidential service available to all employees and their immediate family members.
Health and Wellbeing
We are committed to employees’ health and wellbeing and throughout the year we encourage wellbeing by organising various events such as walks and healthy lunches.
Cycle to Work Scheme
We are also an active participant in the cycle to work scheme under which we can help you obtain a brand-new bike and safety equipment up to agreed Revenue limits.
We provide free Folens schoolbooks for the children and siblings of employees’ and offers a 30% discount on our schoolbooks & resources for extended family and friends of employees.
All staff are encouraged to join the company pension scheme with a matched company contribution up to agreed percentages.
Company Half Days
We provide all employees with three company half-days on the Friday before the June and August bank holiday weekends and on the day before Christmas Eve.
Subsidised Social Club
Social club events are subsidised by Folens and are open to all employees to attend. The committee organises an array of events to suit all, from exhilarating adventures and game nights to cultural explorations and team-building challenges.
