How to place an order?
During this period, we kindly ask you to place any orders by sending an email to: support@folens.ie. Please include the following information in your message:
- Your full name
- Bookshop name (if applicable)
- Shipping Address
- Account number (if known)
- PO number (if applicable)
- Include the item codes and quantities for the products you want to purchase by using the Easy Order File template following the steps below:
- Download & open this template by clicking here.
- Copy and paste the Item/SKU code or ISBN into the left-hand column
- Copy and paste the quantities into the right-hand column
- Save the template file to your local desktop
- The top row is for naming purposes only and is required for the uploading process. Please do not alter or change the top row.
- Attach the file with your email to support@folens.ie.
